Agency Manager Updates:
The ICT Bureau continually develops Agency Manager to ensure that it meets market demands. Every so often an update to Agency Manager will be required to ensure you are on the latest version offering all the latest features. To install an update when available, log-in to the members area of the website and simply follow the update link and instructions provided. Occasionally an update will require an ICT Bureau engineer to complete some work on your system - in these instances, the ICT Bureau will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date/time for the work to be completed. All updates undergo rigorous testing prior to being launched to our clients across the UK.
Manuals, User Guides and PDF Instructions:
A range of Manuals, Quick Start Guides and PDF Instructional Guides are available for users of Agency Manager, to provide tips and helpful hints enabling you get the most out of the system. To access these resources, log-in to the members section of the site and follow the documentation link.
Support Query Submissions:
In the unlikely event you require additional support on Agency Manager, please log onto the members area of the website and complete the “Support Query” form with details of the issue you have encountered. Alternatively, please call 01536 607 990 during normal office hours (Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 5:30).
Members Area Log-in:
Clients will need a username and password to access the members’ area of the site, to download updates, review reference literature and submit support queries. If you require a username and password, or have forgotten you password, please contact the ICT Bureau on 01536 607 990.
